Where is the FAQ?
What is the condition of your items? Are they new and/or factory sealed?
All items sold by Computek Electronics are new and in the original sealed retail box unless otherwise noted in the item description.
Are your items covered by warranty?
The standard manufacturers warranty should still apply to items purchased from Computek Electronics. Your PayPal or Google Checkout receipt should be proof positive of the date of your purchase. If you have any problems getting your item serviced by the manufacturer during their warranty period, please contact us for assistance at 417-833-8995. We also have a 7 day return policy.
Are extended warranties available?
We offer extended warranties on most items through Square Trade. If you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty, please contact us at 417-833-8995 for special pricing and discount codes.
I need to return an item, what is your return policy?
All products sold by Computek can be returned for a full refund (excluding all shipping charges) for a period of 7 days after you receive your item. Items must be returned unopened, unused, in resalable condition, and include all accessories for a full refund (excluding all shipping charges). Items returned open, used, damaged, in unsellable condition, or missing the original retail box and/or accessories will incur a minimum 15% restocking charge. Restocking charges may be increased if the item is excessively used, damaged, or missing the original retail box and/or accessories. If the item is not functioning, damaged, or otherwise in need of repair due to misuse, poor packaging, or any other condition excluding manufacturer defect, repair costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the amount of refund. If an item is found to have a manufacturers defect, after being returned to us, we will issue a full refund, including all shipping charges.
How do I return an item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the reason(s) you wish to return your item and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without a RMA will be refused and sent back. Please clearly write this number on three (3) visible sides of the shipping package.
Returns should be well packaged, insured, and addressed in the following format:

Please use a traceable carrier like FedEx or UPS to return your item. Additionally, please purchase proper insurance. We will not be responsible for damage of returned items during return shipping.
